Kojagiri Poornima Special Masala Milk Recipe. According to Ayurveda, the last 2 months of the Indian calendar are considered the "autumn period". During this period, Pitta Dosha aggravates in our body. Because of this, during this time our body is more affected by many diseases. A feeling of greater heat in the body, diseases such as flu, skin diseases, urinary infections, hyperacidity of this type of disease are very common. Also, the company suffers from malaria, dengue fever, Chikungunya like fevers. This is why this season is considered the mother of diseases in Ayurveda. So the main cause of these diseases in this Sharad Ritu (Autumn season) is the increase of pitta dosha in our body. So if we can reduce pitta dosha through our diet, we can get protection from such kind of diseases. Because of this our rishis have included a milk diet in our religion and festivals by curbing pitta dosha. According to Ayurveda, the quality of cow\'s milk is such that it reduces the specificity of Pitta dosha. The nature of milk is cool and sweet, moreover, it strengthens the body. Cow\'s milk specifically increases internal strength, which is called "Ojus" in Ayurveda. Autumn has started. The pitta heat has started to rise in the atmosphere. The same heat is also rising in the body. Kojagiri should be celebrated when the stomach is cleared. If masala milk is consumed without cleansing the stomach, the milk itself becomes indigestion. For bowel cleansing Castor oil is the best medicine. A normal adult should take four to six teaspoons of castor oil at four o\'clock in the morning or at night. Kojagiri should be celebrated when the bowel is cleared, this is a very important aspect. Have dinner at seven in the evening as usual and should fast till twelve at night. Then at twelve o\'clock in the night when the moon rises over the head, drink this milk slowly. Condensed milk is only for typical pitta prakriti persons! But those who suffer from vata and kapha doshas, try to avoid such condensed milk. Take only Cow Milk. While heating the milk, add three cardamom powder, one clove, one nutmeg, half an inch of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of dry ginger powder, and 100 grams of granulated sugar to one liter of milk. Do not use almonds, cashew paste, or cornstarch in milk. It is hard to digest. Currants and raisins are not needed at all. May there be happiness and peace in your life like the cool shadow of the moon, Happy Kojagiri Purnima to all of you!!
